Poorly funded schools are not
getting the same chance as other students at regularly funded schools. They are
not allowed the same chance because the school that they attend are falling
apart, no room in the classes, no text books, and most importantly a motivated
teacher. This is the perfect recipe for disaster. People wonder why kids that
go to these schools do not graduate. Without any text books or any consistent
teacher how can a student exceed its full potential? There is no absolute way
the school district can allow students to learn in this kind of environment. Students
in better schools range about 15-20 kids max per class versus 30-35 students in
poorer schools. If nothing is done about this problem, the rich will stay rich,
and the poor will stay poor.
